8/02-1/15: Rodale, Inc., Emmaus, Pa. Online Account / Project Manager:For over 12 years at Rodale, I helped direct, develop, manage and produce creative marketing online and print
collateral projects resulting in significant gains in quality, cost control, customer brand alignment, collaboration
and staff development. I took ownership of each project from inception to the post launch including reinforcing
the strategy, specifications, schedules, quotes, financial forecasts, legal reviews, client approvals and final
development. Formats included online (ad banners, social media, emails, responsive websites, mobile and user
development strategies) and print (direct mail, page ads, brochures, postcards, corporate material and photo/video
shoots) collateral.
I possess outstanding communication skills, project flexibility and great attention to detail plus enjoy working
closely with clients and coworkers in a fast-paced proactive environment. I am confident to make sound
business decisions and advisements under tight deadlines as well to communicate company standards and
work well with marketing representatives, editorial and advertising partners, designers, purchasing agents, sales

• Managed two major creative accounts that produced over ten million dollars in yearly revenues each. Men’s
Health and Women’s Health magazines.
• Wrote and designed a long standing control website for one of the world’s largest women’s health magazines:
Women’s Health Magazine under the Women’s Health Fitness Trainer.
• Analyzed and evaluated testing results. Using results to develop planning for upcoming year with budget,
resources and market trends in mind. Conducted brainstorms for new marketing campaigns regularly and then
developed integrated creative testing.
• Kept up with industry standards, new technology and usability techniques. Disseminated regularly to team
members to keep the creative fresh, up to date and integrated with our customer base.
• Returned to school to get my associate’s degree in Web Design. With the rise of online, I felt it necessary to
reinvent and empower myself to be at the forefront of our industry. It accomplished those things but also made

2/99-8/02: Line & Tone, Inc. NYC, NY. Project Manager / Art Director:Accountable for 2 major international Accounts and professional Artists: Major Clients included Tiffany & Co.
and Gloria Vanderbilt where I was responsible for developing a Collateral Library that was used online that made
marketing collateral available world wide to all employees. Including store display, direct mail, store art and other
marketing initiatives. In turn, I generated those online requests into print orders where I oversaw production and
distribution to numerous locations. I also had a handful of world known photographers and artists that I helped
organize their printing and mounting for gallery shows around the world in which followed me from my previous
position at Duggal.
8/96-02/99: Duggal Digital Labs, NYC, NY. Project Coordinator Print Department:Responsibilities included high level customer service with world known artists and high quality museum
printing. Organizational work flow was created, jobs were trafficked and quality control was strictly enforced.
Weekly scheduling was created and communicated to a team of 7 custom printers. Promoted from Corporate
Department to Print Department within 4 months of employment.
