A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Career ambitions
- My main career ambition (plan A) is to be a
professional musician. In the future, I would like to
perform as a violinist within a professional orchestra.
I have been playing the violin since a young age
(about 6-7) and music has always been my passion.
- If that doesn’t work out then my plan B is to teach
music, I enjoy helping others and I believe that
music education is something important, which
enables young children to expand their career
options in the future.
A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Interests and hobbies
- Music! – I enjoy listening to music, performing and composing. I
can play the Violin, drums, some guitar and some piano. I take
exams on the violin? (Just done Grade 6, hopefully doing grade
8 next in 2020)
- Orchestra – I perform in two youth orchestras. We play a variety
of music from classical pieces to film music. I recently performed
in a concert where we performed pieces from The Lord Of The
Rings (A variety of pieces from The Fellowship Of The Ring, The
Two Towers and The Return Of The King). We also played pieces
from Pirates Of The Caribbean, James Bond and Indiana Jones.
- Photography/Art – I enjoy drawing and taking pictures. I also
enjoy using photoshop.
- I also play in the EN Funk band (WTF- What The Funk) and
ENChoir. In the Funk band, I play tambourine…

Why you are taking this course and what
you hope to get from it
- By taking this course, I hope to gain
more experience and to learn new skills
which would help when getting a job
within the creative industry (?)
- I am also taking this course as a way to
help widen my pathway to university.
- I think that by taking on this course, it
also gives me time to actually figure out
which university or music conservatoire, I
would like to go to.
STRENGTHS
I am really good at:
- Working within a group – when performing within ensembles, you have to work as a
team to actually make things work (timings etc)
AREAS FOR CONSIDERATION
I would like to work on:
- Being more social/vocal? I don’t really talk very much.
- Confidence – I think that confidence is something I should continue building.
- I can be quite indecisive at times (I find it hard to make decisions).
- Not stressing out when under pressure.

ABOUT ME
- I am really shy and socially awkward at times, sometimes you may need to be patient
with me and give me time to formulate a response if you ask me something.
SOMETHING I AM REALLY PROUD OF
I am pretty proud of where I have come musically from the beginning of college, to now.
When I started college, I wasn’t confident enough to perform in front of anyone and
struggled with a few things, musically. However, after working alongside my music
teacher and violin teacher to correct different techniques and performing in different
concerts, both solo and in ensembles, I feel much more confident when it comes to
performing on stage?

DIFFERENTLY
One thing I wish I would have done differently, would be taking on all the opportunities
offered to me.

  • 5. STRENGTHS I am really good at: - Working within a group – when performing within ensembles, you have to work as a team to actually make things work (timings etc)
  • 6. AREAS FOR CONSIDERATION I would like to work on: - Being more social/vocal? I don’t really talk very much. - Confidence – I think that confidence is something I should continue building. - I can be quite indecisive at times (I find it hard to make decisions). - Not stressing out when under pressure.

  • 8. SOMETHING YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT ME - I am really shy and socially awkward at times, sometimes you may need to be patient with me and give me time to formulate a response if you ask me something.
  • 9. SOMETHING I AM REALLY PROUD OF I am pretty proud of where I have come musically from the beginning of college, to now. When I started college, I wasn’t confident enough to perform in front of anyone and struggled with a few things, musically. However, after working alongside my music teacher and violin teacher to correct different techniques and performing in different concerts, both solo and in ensembles, I feel much more confident when it comes to performing on stage?
  • 10. SOMETHING I WISH I HAD DONE DIFFERENTLY One thing I wish I would have done differently, would be taking on all the opportunities offered to me.
