Primary research
I have done a survey to help me gather up enough information to inform me about the
target audience, style and content of a new music magazine. This survey is part of my
primary and quantitative research collecting data myself and turning it into statistics to
know what will make a good music
magazine.
When doing my questionnaire results
it turns out I surveyed 70% of people
in the category of 15-24 year olds
meaning my magazine will be aimed
at a younger audience rather than an
older one.
When carrying out the survey 90% of
the people questioned were female
rather than male meaning I should aim
my magazine toward females so the
magazine will be a little more
feminine.
