Work experience:
 Working as a HR Generalist (Management trainee) at Krishnapatnam Port Container
Terminal from 18 May 2016 to present.
Roles & Responsibilities:
I. Recruitment & Selection:
 Identifying the manpower requirement from concern department HOD’s.
 Raising Man Power Requisition form and getting approvals from departmental HOD and authorized
signatories.
 Providing approved Man Power Requisition form to recruitment team to recruit the candidates.
 Supporting the recruitment team during recruitment process.
 Issuing offer letters, appointment letters and other related documentation.
 Responsible for post joining formalities and documentation.
 Coordinating the induction & training programmes and completing the employee process.
II. Induction & Training:
 Preparing induction schedule for the new joiners.
 Coordinating with other departments regarding employee induction.
 Providing transportation,accommodation and food for the employee internally.
 Supporting in issuing of CUG sim, Handsets, Data cards, Laptops, Visiting cards, Id Cards to the
employees.
 Introducing employee to the concern departments for induction.
 Arranging transport to the other location employees after induction.
III. H.R.I.S (M.I.S):
 Updating personal information in a standard module.
 Updating Employee details in Excel Sheet and Preparation of MIS Statement and Reporting to the
management on Fortnight Basis in a systematic manner.
 General HR correspondence with otherdepartments and employees.
IV. Payroll Management:
 Sending Attendance formats to respective departments on monthly basis.
 Maintaining Leaves Management.
 Entering the Compensation, deduction and personal information.
 Preparing & Handling the Payroll and Salary sheets (Department and location wise).
 Collecting and updating the bank account details for the employees.
 Involved in disbursement of salaries in their respective bank accounts.
 Generating the monthly analysis report for the payroll of every month.
 Issuing of salary slips to the employees after salaries debited in their accounts
V. Employee Welfare:
 Providing loan formats and processing by taking the approvals from the authorized signatories.
 Providing advance loan to employee in formal procedure by taking all the necessary approvals.
 Issuing of residential certificate based on the necessity of employee with authorized signature.
VI. Performance Appraisal System:
 Coordinating for performance appraisal with the respective HOD’s.
 Processing of Confirmations, Performance Appraisals and Performance management.
 Issuing Confirmation, Salary revision & Promotion letters.
 Coordinating for employee welfare related activities.
VII. Resignation& Relieving:
 Taking Resignation letter from the employees and processed for further acceptance and approvals.
 Holding salary of the employee in the notice period and informing the relieving date to the employee.
 Providing the clearance form to the resigned employee in the final days of his notice period and instructing
to take clearance from respective departments for full and final settlement.
 Self performing the above mentioned points in case of absconding/waiveremployees.
VIII. Full and Final Settlement:
 Processing their Resignation letters and preparing full & final Settlement based on the clearence form.
 Conducting Exit interviews and clearance formalities.
 Issuing Relieving letter/Experience letter.
IX. Other workings:
 Responsible for various administration activities such as Group medical insurance for employees and other
matters.
 Employee relations.
