At ING we wanted to build an Enterprise Social Network with the user at its heart; we wanted it to serve and engage our employees and we wanted their input throughout its development. The result is Buzz; a global Enterprise Social Network with over 50,000 members and 600 communities. The challenge to make Buzz useful and engage employees goes on.
Presented by Louise McGregor, 22 May at Intranätverk 2013.
