In the big deal, belonged to SCM team throughout design, build and run phase for three
years.

    Team management with application system management that is responsible for
    maintaining and managing subsystem of SCM.
- Data migration team leader (15 members)
    The team mission is to migrate all databases in SCM system from legacy to new within
    only one night. To execute it successfully, develop data migration tools and scripts,
    conduct migration rehearsals for several times and improve defects. Eventually we
    succeeded in all of database migration.
- Data management team leader (5 members)
    The team is responsible for managing all data elements that compose all application
    systems (e.g. name, code, flag, standard message, master file contents, etc). Establish
    data management structure and control all data elements using custom made tool in
    accordance with data management guideline. Team members are 5.
- SCM high-level designer as an outsourcing consultant
    Support design and definition for high-level specification of SCM system as an
    outsourcing consultant. Collaborate with many consultants and communicate with them
    to complete system design in success.
