Achievements and responsibilities:
 On taking up the position as Team Lead and while working as an ERP Functional Consultant,
always put my thrust on building interpersonal relationship with internal/external stakeholders,
understanding their requirements and improvising upon interactions. Actively participated in
functional training material preparation on ERP (BPCS/AS400) for technical resources and
new entrants in a team and served as a mentor, which benefitted in enhancing their comfort
level on this ERP. Mapped and documented key business processes in BPCS with Data
Flow Diagrams, for ease of understanding. Considering my Manufacturing industries
experience and product knowledge, was considered for Onsite Functional Support for this
ERP and was sent to Europe twice. Managed projects.
 Provided onsite consulting support for BPCS (ERP) application (at Gates Corporation,
Belgium & SaraLee, Czech Republic) for Manufacturing, P2P and O2C functions. Analysed,
interpreted & resolved issues faced in day-to-day business.
 Provided limited technical support on this ERP, such as, Managed User Profile, Analysed
database, through Query400 for resolving issues, Updated database through SQL, Performed
Month End Close process every month.
Challenges/ Opportunities:
Was deputed to Prague, Czech Republic, on a task of taking over the entire application support
(Knowledge Transfer) from client’s (SaraLee) key resource who was shortly leaving client company
and providing onsite support. Confronted a big challenge when, he went on long leave, immediately
few days after I went for KT. This was a critical phase, as KT was not even complete. But it was an
opportunity for me, which helped me prove myself. This lead to confidence & rapport building & client
management highly recognized and appreciated my contribution during this critical phase &
during latter support (Refer attachments).
