Responsibilities:
1. Travel onsite (have been to KUWAIT and LAOS) to help the clients in mapping,
consulting and data migration.
2. Explain the functioning of the modules to be migrated.
3. Understand the gap and provide consultancy support in extracting and cleansing the
data.
4. Prepare strategy document for data migration.
5. Prepare runbook explaining the migration procedure.
6. Analyze and load the extracted data.
COMPANY#2: QUSCIENT TECHNOLOGY
Project 1: ProRetention
ROLE: BUSINESS ANALYST/PRODUCT ASSOCIATE
Duration: 4 years (August 2010 – August 2014)
Client: CCN/MDX/CBC
PROJECT PROFILE:
SRM – It is a web based application which is built for universities/colleges to help them
retain their students. This application helps the students and the university staffs to
communicate with each other.
ECRM - It has been designed keeping in mind the growing demand for a CRM solution in
the education industry. It is an effective tool for colleges and universities to help manage
leads (prospective students). It is specially developed for all those universities who find
lot of difficulties in managing and maintaining the pre-enrolment process. ECRM is
designed in such a way that it will atomize almost all the process involved in pre-
enrolment activity.
Responsibilities:
1. Gathered requirements and prepared business requirement document (BRD).
2. Responsible for translating BRD into functional specifications and test plans.
3. Involved in documenting business procedure.
4. Constant client interaction for demos and training.
5. Based on client feedback, prepared change requests (CR) documents for getting sign-
off from clients.
6. Prepared user manuals.
7. Prepared process flow chart and UML diagrams explaining the product’s lifecycle.
8. Involved in groundwork of project plans and user acceptance testing.
9. Involved in designing and conceptualizing the product.
10. Prepared business proposals for online biding.
11. PPT and concept note preparation for meeting marketing and demonstration
requirements.
PROJECT2: PLATTFORM ADVERTISING - PRODUCTION SUPPORT
Role: Team Lead
Client: Plattform Advertising
Duration: 4 Years (August 2010 – August 2014)
Project Profile: This is a support project for universities in US. Contact forms for different
colleges are created based on their requirement. Student information was collected
through the forms and was posted to respective colleges. The contact forms helped the
colleges to collect the student information based on the college criteria. Client’s websites
were accessed through File Zilla and modifications were done as per their request.
Student and college information were stored in database through SQL server.
Responsibilities:
1. Allocation of work to the team.
2. Manage and submit the deliverables before EOD.
3. Daily status call with onsite client.
4. Analysis of issues causing the leads (contact information) to fail.
5. Creating daily reports to identify number of issues fixed.
6. Identifying the bugs in the existing system as a part of production support activities,
making code changes and providing solution to the problems faced by the client.
7. Maintaining existing functionalities i.e. providing solutions with data-fix as well as
code-fix for the issues.
8. Minimizing defects in the system and ensuring adequate quality control.
