Presenting examples/instances of the lesson The teacher will show images of different activities and ask the students the following question.  Which of the habits do you frequently do?  Which of the habits do you want to be? Developing mastery (lead to formative assessment 3) Individual Activity: The teacher will provide a video documentary on the need for physical activities, physical fitness and importance of developing one’s health and sport- related fitness components. The student will be asked the following questions:  Anyone who is good at sports is said to be physically fit. Agree or Disagree.  How do health-related components differ from skill-related components of fitness?  How do these fitness components connect to our ability to perform our daily tasks or activities?  Why prepare the body for physical activities? (15 min.)
