2. Why This Workshop ?
Studies tell us that only 2% of people in the world set
goals, and they are among the wealthiest people in
the world!
This actually is the optimistic result, the percentage could
have probably been lower also.
Why so low?
There are several reasons, but the one that concerns me the
most is lack of know-how. When we ask people why they
don’t set goals they often say, “I don’t know how.”
This workshop is for the famous phrase” Well Begun is Half
Done”. If your employee clearly knows his/her goal and
align it with his/her life goal then the job becomes more
easier for them. It is must do workshop at every employee,
irrespective of level, in your organization.
