Why This Workshop ?
Studies tell us that only 2% of people in the world set
goals, and they are among the wealthiest people in
the world!

This actually is the optimistic result, the percentage could
have probably been lower also.

Why so low?
There are several reasons, but the one that concerns me the
most is lack of know-how. When we ask people why they
don’t set goals they often say, “I don’t know how.”

This workshop is for the famous phrase” Well Begun is Half
Done”. If your employee clearly knows his/her goal and
align it with his/her life goal then the job becomes more
easier for them. It is must do workshop at every employee,
irrespective of level, in your organization.

Take away from this workshop:
• Your employee will think of his/her Professional, Personal and
 spiritual goals all together.
• As we will discuss all three goals at a time, so
  synchronization of his/her personal and spiritual goals
  with organization's will be automatic, which will lead to a
  better work environment.

  goals which will lead to reduction in their stress levels in
  the future.
• As S/he will choose SMART goals, so time management will
  instill as an essential to his/her life, which will lead to more

Nutan Chaturvedi, who is Lead at GROWMORE, was a Trainer-Consultant with NIS
Sparta. With four years of experience in the training industry, and over 15 years of
proven Sales experience, he has spent the last 23 months at GROWMORE
Consultancy. Nutan Chaturvedi has been working with industries like Banking and
Financial Services, Hospitality, FMCG, Logistics, and a brief 4 Yrs stint as an
entrepreneur. Nutan Chaturvedi utilizes his experience to implement his solutions
through hands-on workshops where participants work on everyday situations. He
has been instrumental in adding value to organizations such as Hawkins Cookers
Ltd,, Sterling Resorts, Tata AIG Life, Aviva Life, Kotak Life in Sales and Marketing.

Birla Vidya Mandir, Nainital/ Pantnagar Intermediate College, Pantnagar /B N S D
Intermediate College, Kanpur, and then pursued B.Com. (Honors) He has,
thereafter, completed his PGDBM (Dual specialization in Marketing and Finance)
from Eastern Institute of Integrated Learning in Management, Kolkata.
