Career overview: Started as a Relationship Banker in 2010 and quickly adapted the to the one team mindset, by effectively
building relationship with customers and uncovering financial needs, those that I was unable to address I warmly transferred to a
colleague that could, making the customer interaction unforgettable and received many referrals making me the top performer
consistently in my region, being recognized and receiving many awards because of my high level of attention to uncovering and

Career overview: Started off as a Teller/Personal Banker with no prior banking experience and quickly moved up due to my
ability to retain and learn information quickly and at the same time presenting and promoting the Citizens Bank experience, by
focusing on uncovering customer needs and engaging them in open ended questions, I was able to help them with their financial
goals and delivered a higher level of services resulting in multiple recognitions and awards due to the level of sales produced, that
allowed me to quickly be promoted to Business banker.

pricing recommendations that were within my assigned authority. Also very successful in that role I was picked for a special

exchange commission(SEC) and was an account executive for clients trading investment products such as stocks, bonds and mutual
funds also proficient with principles of personal planning and estate planning advising clients on financial matters.
Consulted with clients and prospects regarding estate and tax planning and other fiduciary needs, and marshal the resources within
Citizens Bank to meet those needs. Networked and developed relationships from the beginning with bank officers, attorneys,
accountants, insurance professionals, investment bankers and others who introduced me to high net worth individuals who have
the potential to become clients.
