Professional Experience
Urban Partnership Bank 2014 – present
Financial Center Manager
I am responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the financial center. I am the on-site leader and
coach for sales, customer service and operations. My position requires that I create, implement and monitor
a comprehensive plan for the growth of the financial center. I had to build, train and coach a highly
functional team from ground zero. My responsibilities also required that I development unit goals for each
employee and provide appropriate and timely feedback by performing annual and Semi-annual
performance evaluations. I worked on a team of managers who developed products which serve our
customers and assist in enhancing their customer experience. Worked extremely close with our customer
base to ensure that all of their financial needs were met,
• Met/exceeded every branch goal for 2016
• Grew branches core deposits by 238%
• Grew customer base by 189%
• Managed to keep runoffs to under 14%
• Branch losses we kept under $1,800.00 for the entire year.
Senior Personal Banker 2013 - 2014
I served as the full time banker and the unofficial assistant manager of the newly acquired Greater Grand
Crossing location. I was responsible for the daily leadership of the banking team. Lead the retention effort
which was successful in not only retaining 95% of the retail banking clients at this location, but also lead
the team in adding a significant amount of new business to the books. Assisted and lead the team in
exceeding the financial center goals. Assisted the branch manager with overseeing daily operations and set
in on branch meetings in her absence. Effectively managed the branch while the manager was out on an
extend leave of absence. Handled all the weekly scheduling for the banking department working with other
financial center managers to either acquire or provided the necessary coverage needed for daily operations.
• Exceeded deposit growth goals each and every year.
• Brought in over 50% of the entire branch’s deposit growth
• Grew my client base by over 30%
• In the absence of a branch manager I served as manager for over 4 months

I was responsible for customer acquisition, customer retention, cross-selling products and services and risk
management of a portfolio primarily in the Schaumburg/Northwest region and the Chicago Metropolitan

determining needs for clients across the Northern Trust product spectrum. I was responsible for the daily
management of banking operations for the Schaumburg financial center.
