2. Hak asasi manusia adalah hak yang melekat pada diri setiap pribadi manusia. Hak warga negara
merupakan seperangkat hak yang melekat dalam diri manusia dalam kedudukannya sebagai
anggota dari sebuah negara. kewajiban warga negara dapat diartikan sebagai tindakan atau
perbuatan yang harus dilakukan oleh seorang warga negara sebagaimana diatur dalam ketentuan
perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
Human rights are inherent rights of every human being. The rights of citizens are a set of rights
inherent in man in his position as a member of a state. Citizen obligations can be interpreted as
actions or deeds that must be performed by a citizen as stipulated in the provisions of the
applicable legislation.
Makna Hak dan Kewajiban Warga Negara
3. Pancasila merupakan ideologi yang mengedepankan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan. Pancasila sangat
menghormati hak dan kewajiban setiap warga negara. Pancasila menjamin hak asasi manusia
melalui nilai-nilai yang terkandung di dalamnya. Nilai-nilai Pancasila dapat dikategorikan menjadi
tiga, yaitu nilai dasar, nilai instrumental, dan nilai praksis. Ketiga nilai tersebut secara langsung
ataupun tidak langsung mengatur hak dan kewajiban warga negara.
Pancasila is an ideology that prioritizes human values. Pancasila highly respects the rights and
obligations of every citizen. Pancasila guarantees human rights through the values contained in it.
Pancasila values can be categorized into three, namely basic values, instrumental values, and praxis
values. These three values directly or indirectly regulate the rights and obligations of citizens.

4. Nilai dasar berkaitan dengan hakikat kelima sila Pancasila, yaitu: nilai ketuhanan, nilai
kemanusiaan, nilai persatuan, nilai kerakyatan, dan nilai keadilan. Nilai-nilai dasar tersebut bersifat
universal, sehingga di dalamnya terkandung cita-cita, tujuan, serta nilai-nilai yang baik dan benar.
Selain itu, nilai ini bersifat tetap dan melekat pada kelangsungan hidup negara.
Basic values are related to the five points of Pancasila, namely: divine values, human values, unity
values, people's values, and justice values. Such basic values are universal, so that in them are
contained ideals, goals, as well as good and correct values. In addition, this value is fixed and
attached to the survival of the state.

5. Hubungan antara hak dan kewajiban warga negara dengan Pancasila dapat dijabarkan secara singkat
sebagai berikut :
Sila Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa menjamin hak warga negara untuk bebas memeluk agama sesuai dengan
kepercayaannya serta melaksanakan ibadah sesuai dengan ajaran agamanya masing-masing. Sila
pertama ini juga menggariskan beberapa kewajiban warga negara untuk:
● membina kerja sama dan tolong-menolong dengan pemeluk agama lain sesuai dengan situasi dan
kondisi di lingkungan masing-masing;
● mengembangkan toleransi antarumat beragama menuju terwujudnya kehidupan yang serasi,
selaras, dan seimbang; serta
● tidak memaksakan suatu agama dan kepercayaan kepada orang lain.

follows:
The Precepts of the Almighty Godhead guarantee the right of citizens to freely embrace religion in
accordance with their beliefs and carry out worship in accordance with the teachings of their respective
religions. This first precept also outlines some of the obligations of citizens to:
● fostering cooperation and helping with followers of other religions according to the situation and
conditions in their respective environments;
● develop interfaith tolerance towards the realization of a harmonious, harmonious, and balanced life;
and
● not imposing a religion and belief on others.

7. The relationship between the rights and obligations of citizens and Pancasila can be briefly described as
follows:
Sila Kemanusiaan yang Adil dan Beradab menempatkan hak setiap warga negara pada kedudukan yang
sama dalam hukum serta memiliki hak-hak yang sama untuk mendapat jaminan dan perlindungan hukum.
Adapun kewajiban warga negara yang tersirat dalam sila kedua ini di antaranya kewajiban untuk:
● memperlakukan orang lain sesuai harkat dan martabatnya sebagai makhluk ciptaan Tuhan Yang
Maha Esa;
● mengakui persamaan derajat, hak, dan kewajiban setiap manusia tanpa membeda-bedakan suku,
keturunan, agama, jenis kelamin, dan sebagainya;
● mengembangkan sikap saling mencintai sesama manusia, tenggang rasa, dan tidak semena-mena
kepada orang lain; serta
● melakukan berbagai kegiatan kemanusiaan

8. The relationship between the rights and obligations of citizens and Pancasila can be briefly described as
follows:
The Precepts of Just and Civilized Humanity place the rights of every citizen in the same position in law
and have equal rights to obtain legal guarantees and protections. The obligations of citizens implied in
this second precept include the obligation to:
● treating others according to their dignity and dignity as creatures of God Almighty;
● recognize the equality of degrees, rights, and obligations of every human being without
discriminating against ethnicity, ancestry, religion, gender, and so on;
● develop an attitude of mutual love for one's fellow human beings, tolerance, and not being arbitrary
towards others;
● conducting various humanitarian activities

follows:
The Precepts of the Unity of Indonesia guarantee the rights of every citizen in the diversity that occurs to
the People of Indonesia such as the right to develop regional cultures to enrich national culture. The third
precept mandates the obligation of every citizen to:
● placing the interests of the nation and the state above personal or class interests;
● able and willing to sacrifice for the benefit of the nation and state;
● love the homeland and the Indonesian nation;
● developing Indonesian unity on the basis of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika;
● promoting associations for the sake of national unity and unity.

10. The relationship between the rights and obligations of citizens and Pancasila can be briefly described as
follows:
Sila Kerakyatan yang Dipimpin oleh Hikmat Kebijaksanaan dalam Permusyawaratan/Perwakilan
dicerminkan dalam kehidupan pemerintahan, bernegara, dan bermasyarakat yang demokratis. Sila
keempat menjamin partisipasi politik warga negara yang diwujudkan dalam bentuk kebebasan
berpendapat dan berorganisasi serta hak berpartisipasi dalam pemilihan umum. Sila keempat
mengamanatkan setiap warga negara untuk:
● mengutamakan musyawarah mufakat dalam setiap pengambilan keputusan;
● tidak memaksakan kehendak kepada orang lain;
● memberikan kepercayaan kepada wakil-wakil rakyat yang telah terpilih untuk melaksanakan
musyawarah dan menjalankan tugas sebaik-baiknya.

The Precepts of The People Led by Wisdom of Wisdom in Consultative/Representative are reflected in the
democratic life of government, state, and society. The fourth precept guarantees the political participation
of citizens embodied in the form of freedom of opinion and organization as well as the right to participate
in elections. The fourth precept mandates every citizen to:
● prioritizing deliberation and consensus in every decision-making;
● not imposing the will on others
● give confidence to the representatives of the people who have been elected to carry out
deliberations and carry out their duties to the best of their ability.

follows:
Sila Keadilan Sosial bagi Seluruh Rakyat Indonesia mengakui hak milik perorangan dan dilindungi
pemanfaatannya oleh negara serta memberi kesempatan sebesar-besarnya kepada masyarakat. Sila
kelima mengamanatkan setiap warga negara untuk:
● mengembangkan sikap gotong royong dan kekeluargaan dengan masyarakat di lingkungan sekitar;
● tidak melakukan perbuatan yang merugikan kepentingan umum;
● suka bekerja keras

47. Infographics
You can add and edit some infographics to your presentation to present your data in a visual way.
● Choose your favourite infographic and insert it in your presentation using Ctrl C
+ Ctrl V or Cmd C + Cmd V in Mac.
● Select one of the parts and ungroup it by right-clicking and choosing
“Ungroup”.
● Change the color by clicking on the paint bucket.
● Then resize the element by clicking and dragging one of the square-shaped
points of its bounding box (the cursor should look like a double-headed arrow).
Remember to hold Shift while dragging to keep the proportions.
● Group the elements again by selecting them, right-clicking and choosing
“Group”.
● Repeat the steps above with the other parts and when you’re done editing, copy
the end result and paste it into your presentation.
● Remember to choose the “Keep source formatting” option so that it keeps the
