JOB DESCRIPTION 
 General Administration Work – filing, creating files for patients, typing letters of donation 
requests to various companies, data capturing, setting up seminars with the various non-profit 
organizations, financial spreadsheets, setting up of appointments for all counsellors. 
 Handling the switchboard - all incoming calls, logging and updating of calls including 
follow ups. Managing calls including after hours from victims of abuse, rape, assault and 
other related issues and telephonically counseling them. 
 Coordinating Seminars and Workshops. 
 Counseling in the Centre and within the Community. 
 Managing the Rehabilitation of the patients and setting up their schedules. Structuring 
seminars and counseling sessions for them. Setting up accommodation for the destitute 
and finding a place of safety for the abused victims. Assisting the setting up of Daily 
Menu and planning proper meals for the patients 
 Managing and supervising all staff at the Centre. Distributing all wages to the staff. Stock 
taking & buying. 
 Fetching all donations from the various Companies. Sorting of donations and distributing 
them to various organizations within the area. 
 Counting and banking all coin collections. 
 Ensuring that the Rehabilitation Centre was presentable and clean. Assisting with 
interviewing new garden/cleaning staff. Ensuring all round security within the Centre. 
ELAINE GUMEDE has been an outstanding employee in our Organization. Her enormous 
capabilities and outgoing personality has made her stand out among the rest. She takes her 
work very seriously and conducts herself very professionally. Elaine has always been open to 
learning new things. She is quite Trainable. Her ability to work Unsupervised and yet
maintain Accountability has always left her trustworthy whenever someone is needed to take 
Overall Responsibility. For this reason we all regretted her departure. 
May she find a place in this life where all her Potentials will be fully maximized and 
rewarded.
