enhance mental health and wellbeing by delivering a range of tailored options focused on the
individual needs of each person.
Responsibilities Included:
Deliver high level consultation and direct care co-ordination for people who experience severe

Lifeline offers services from 60 locations Australia wide including a 24-hour crisis support line which answers
around 1,800 calls each day, with around 50 calls from people at high risk of suicide.
Responsibilities included:
Providing assessment, counselling, referral and case review to clients who either self-refer or
are referred to the Gambling Help Service, and maintain sensitivity and confidentiality with
regard to clients, visitors and staff

Evolve Interagency Services is a collaborative partnership between the Queensland Department of
Communities, Queensland Health and the Department of Education and Training. Its purpose is to provide
therapeutic and behaviour support services for children and young people on child protection orders who have
severe and complex psychological and behavioural problems.
Agency which specialises in working with children in care with high level needs (toddlers to 16
years) referred from Department of Child Safety.
Therapeutic focus of assisting children to form secure attachments with their carers
Conducting risk assessments, capacity assessments to Queensland Health (QH) Mental Health
Guidelines using web-based documentation, diagnostic formulations, mental state examinations
Gained extensive experience in all aspects of this role, took on casework for clients, working side
by side with social workers, meeting with foster carers at home/office, preparing assessment and
other documentation.
Working closely with Youth Workers, Department of Child Safety, coordinating and attending
stakeholder meetings, wrote and distributed minutes, involved in the case management process,
and attended fortnightly review meetings with psychiatrist.
