5. SWOT
STRENGTHS
My knowledge of EAP and Behavioral Health with over 16
years of hands on experience.
Excellent customer service for both Internal and External
clients, brokers, members and internal staff.
I am detail oriented and no longer pride myself as a “multi-
tasker”. My goal is to focus and avoid errors. Accuracy and
quality of work is always a must (no I’m not a perfectionist).
Flexibility to assist others and share my knowledge as well as
resources.
WEAKNESSES
Not speaking up and not saying NO when I need to (Personal
and work related).
Trying to accomplish more than what is doable within 24
hours. (My goal is to achieve work life balance and not feel
so exhausted by the end of the day).
My LOVE for cookies and SWEETS. (This is a constant work in
progress).
OPPORTUNITIES
The opportunity to learn and explore more options for
growth.
THREATS
I really don’t feel threatened by this change. I feel the
services we offer will be beneficial for our population.
Lack of knowledge on current roles and responsibilities
provided by EPC.
6. A Few Things About Me…..

Survival of downsizing and reorganization, yet the workload and responsibilities continued to exist. (No need

Resides in Tustin, California, the proud mother of 5 beautiful and successful daughters, 2 awesome and

I am a leader and serve on a non-profit organization; Women on the Grow are about empowerment and
