December 12

2006 as Executive Assistant for the Middle East (ME) office located in Agrate Brianza,
Italy and reporting to me, Senior Director of the ME Division.
The position requested an organized, proactive and PR resource able to liaise with top business
partners in an international, multicultural executive environment.
Because my office location was Birmingham, Mrs. Dondo was fully in charge of the ME office and had
to manage it autonomously with the support of two assistants reporting to her.
The activities of the ME division, covering 18 countries, included congresses organization and related
trips, ME distributors’ agreements and due diligence, healthcare professionals’ training and education,
marketing projects coordination, product launches and related trips, public relations with local
authorities such as Ministries and embassies.
I was impressed by Mrs. Dondo dedication to any endeavor that she has been involved with. Mrs.
Dondo demonstrated a high professional and generous nature and a genuine enthusiasm for all
projects she has been in charge of. Mrs. Dondo was considered the dynamo of the ME team.
Thanks to her eagerness for new responsibilities, her main EU language knowledge and above all,
her ethical vision, Mrs. Dondo was offered to replace the Compliance Manager EMEA for one year.
During that period Mrs. Dondo was responsible, in addition to the ME office, of the Grants &
Donations process, Due Diligence and Healthcare agreements policy training, (to internal staff and
distributors), and was the reference point for compliance managers and finance departments of the
EMEA region.
