Project Phoenix Mt. Pass, Ca. The owner is MolyCorp. This is a Rare Earths
mine the largest in the US. We installed 3 Crushers 1 Jaw, 2 Cones, Screens,
conveyors, Feeders, Stackers, Ball Mill, Flotation circuit, Concentration
system, Paste Tails Plant with 3 large Filter Presses 30’x 8’, 82’ Thickener,
and a Veolia Water Treatment Plant. Peak Manpower was just over 500. CV
$85M. 2011- 2012

Project/Mechanical estimating in the Tucson office for 1 year. I typically did
this between Projects. 2009- 2011
Project Manager
Springerville Unit 4 Project, this is a sub- critical pulverized coal steam-
electric generating station designed for a base load operation with a
nominal net power output of 400 MW. We installed all the Electrical and
Instrumentation, all Piping including the High Energy Chrome piping lines, all
BOP Mechanical including the Steam Condenser and Boiler Feed Pumps,
Coal Handling System, Bag House, Water Treatment System upgrade. Peak
Manpower just over 400, Total hours worked just under 1 Million. CV $95M

Construction Manager at the Phoenix Mill Project in Battle Mt. Nv. For Newmont Mining
Corporation. I worked for the general contractor on the installation of a 35,000 TPD gold process
concentrator. we installed 2 Ball Mills 21’x 33’, 1 Gearless Sag Mill 36’x 16.5’, 1 Gyratory Crusher
50”x 65”, 1 Cone Crusher, Conveyors, 2 Stackers, 4 Feeders, Flotation Cells, CIP Cells, a Gold Refinery,
Filtration Units, Copper Concentrate Load Out and BOP Equipment. Peak Man Power over 300, Total
hours worked over ½ Million. CV $60M. 2007-2008
Construction Manager, Santan Expansion Project, Gilbert, Arizona, location; Salt River Project,
owner; Sargent & Lundy, engineers. I worked for the general contractor on the installation of
Electrical, Mechanical Equipment and Above Ground Piping for a 2 on 1 GE 7 FA 550MW
Combined Cycle Power Plant. 2 Alstom HRSGs with Duct Firing Burners and SCRs. Peak Man
Power over 500, a new Water Treatment Plant. Steam Blows and Start-up. Total hours worked
over ¾ of a Million. CV $43M
Construction Manager, Kyrene Expansion Project, Tempe, Arizona, location; Salt River Project,
owner; Stanley Consultants Inc. engineer. We performed the mechanical and electrical Heat
Recovery Steam Generator and Balance of Plant installations for a 1 on 1 - 250 MW Combined
Cycle Power Plant. The power generation equipment installed was a GE 7FA Combustion
Turbine/Generator and a GE A10 Steam Turbine/Generator installed by others. The major
equipment installed was an Alstom 2x5-3 pressure level boiler, Alstom Condenser, GSU
transformers, new water treatment facilities, 2500 HP boiler feed and 800 HP circulating water
pumps, and miscellaneous pumps, transformers, and electrical equipment. Steam Blows and Start-
up. Peak Manpower 250 CV $34M
Construction Manager, West Phoenix Unit 4 Expansion Project, location; Phoenix, Arizona,
owner; Pinnacle West Energy, Engineer; Utility Engineers. We were a joint venture partner with
UE for the plant design, construction and balance of for a 1 on 1- 120 Mw Combined Cycle
Power Plant Expansion. Upgraded the Water Treatment Plant. Peak Manpower 120 CV $30M
We Finished 2 months ahead of schedule.
Construction Manager, Oxygen Plant, Carlin, Nevada, location; Air Products and Chemicals, Inc.,
owner/engineer. I worked for the general contractor on installation of the mechanical, piping, E&I
for an 1100 TPD Oxygen Plant that supplies oxygen to the Newmont Roster.
Construction Manager, Low Nox Burner Project, Moapa, Nevada, location; Nevada Power
Company, owner, Foster Wheeler Energy Corporation, Construction Manager and Engineer. TIC
was the general contractor for installation of the low Nox Burners, ancillary equipment, all
electrical and Instrumentation, Rebuilt 2 -100 MW Coal Fired Boilers, and upgraded to a DCS
Controls System at the Reid Gardner Station Units 1 & 2. It is located 50 north of Las Vegas,

Construction Manager, Ruby Hill Gold Mine, Eureka, Nevada, location; Homestake Mining
Company, owner; Kilborn International, Inc., construction manager and engineer. TIC was the
general contractor for the construction of a 3,500 TPD Gold Mill utilizing Crushing, Grinding,
leaching and refining to produce gold. We constructed a new water treatment plant. This was a
grass-roots project with two ore bodies, low grade (to a leach field) and a high-grade ore
processed by conventional means. We installed 1 used Kue-ken jaw Crusher, 1 Cone Crusher, 1
used Ball Mill 10.5’x 16’, several Conveyors, 2 Belt Filters, Agglomeration Drum, Feeders, BOP
Equipment. A new Truck Shop for the Mine Haul Trucks. Peak Manpower 100, CV $15M
Project Manager, Reclaim Modifications, Ely, Nevada, location; BHP Copper, Inc., owner; ICF
Kaiser Engineers, Inc., engineers. I worked for the general contractor on modifications to the
Coarse Ore System which included Rebuilding the reclaim tunnel. Three primary belt feeders
were removed by disassembling and removing through the existing ore slots of the reclaim tunnel.
Replaced the Feeder support Steel with heaver members. Concrete penthouses were demolished
and the concrete ore slots extended. Electrical work included installation of a new duct bank
from the electrical room to the reclaim tunnel cable tray, saw cut new openings in 6’ thick
concrete reclaim tunnel, and all associated connections for the by-pass conveyor and new Apron
feeders. During this work the Plant ran full production using a temp by-pass Conveyor we
installed. This work was preformed over an operating Sag Mill Feed Conveyor and we never had
an unplanned shut-down.
Project Manager, Production Shaft Head frame, Golconda, Nevada, location; FirstMiss Gold,
Inc., owner and engineer. TIC was the general contractor for the construction of an estimated
2,000' mineshaft head frame. This included construction of the No. 2 shaft collar, subcollar and
hoist
House, erection of the No. 2 shaft head frame and backlegs which included 330 tons of owner-
supplied structural steel. Rebuild and install used Hoist.
Mechanical/Structural Superintendent, Robinson Project, Ely, Nevada, location; Magma Nevada
Mining Company, owner; ICF-Kaiser Engineers, Inc., engineers. Scope of work was construction
of a 46,000 TPD sulfide copper concentrator facility utilizing crushing, reclaim, grinding, flotation
and loadout circuits to produce 600 to 700 TPD copper concentrate. I was over all the Structural
and Mechanical work. 2 BALL MILLS 20’X 30’ each had a 8750 HP Drive Motor, 1 SAG MILL
32’X 15’ with 2-5000 HP Drive Motors, 2 Tower Mills 11’x 40’, 1 Gyratory Crusher 54’x 74’,
Conveyors, 760’ Stacking Conveyor with a 750 hp drive motor, Water Treatment Plant, Feeders,
Tanks, Sumps, Flotation, Filtration, Copper Concentrate Load Out, 2-230’diameter Tailings
Thickeners, bop, ect.. We erected over 4,700 tons of steel. Peak manpower 447, Total man hours
spent just over 1 Million. CV $65M

Battle Mountain Gold Company, owner. Construction of a 10,000 ton/day crushing and
screening facility.
1 Jaw Crusher and 1 Cone Crusher, several Conveyors and Feeders.
Project Superintendent, Sulfide Plant, Valmy, Nevada, location; Lone Tree Mining, Inc., owner;
Kilborn Engineering, engineer. TIC was the contractor for the Lone Tree 2500 TPD sulfide mill.
We installed all Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, Structural Steel, 1 Autoclave, Geho Autoclave Feed
Pumps, 1 Boiler and bop Equipment.
Project Superintendent, Oxygen Plant, Valmy, Nevada, location; Air Products & Chemicals, Inc.,
owner/engineer. TIC was the general contractor for the construction of a 225 TPD oxygen plant.
We installed all Concrete, Structural Steel, E&I, Piping, Insulation, Plant Equipment, and Start-
up.
Area Superintendent, Rye Patch Geothermal, Humboldt, Nevada, location; Rye Patch Ltd.
Partnership, owner. TIC was the EPC contractor for the construction of a 12.5 Mw geothermal
power plant including plant and gathering system and substation.
Project Superintendent, North Block Leaching Facility, Carlin, Nevada, location; Barrick
Goldstrike Mines, Inc., owner; Kilborn Management Services, Inc., engineer. This was a “State of
the art” Heap Leach Process. Scope of work included the installation of the leach area pond
pumping, piping, all E&I work, Structural Steel, Plant Equipment for the gold absorption
facilities.
Project Superintendent, Phase II, Barrick Gold Strike Mines, Inc., owner; Kilborn Management
Services, engineer. TIC was the general contractor for Barrick Goldstrike Mines, Phase II
Expansion including additional grinding circuit and two new autoclaves with associated leaching,
stripping and refining systems. I was over the grinding circuit, 1 ball mill 16.5’x 30.5’,1 sag mill
12’x 24’ 1 cone crusher, 1 rotary kiln upgrade the cil area, and bop.
Area Superintendent, Barrick Grinding Facility, Carlin, Nevada, location; Barrick Goldstrike
Mines, Inc., owner; Kilborn Management Services, Inc., engineer. TIC was the general contractor
for installation of grinding facilities including SAG mill, ball mill and conveyor system and related
piping and pumping systems.
Project Superintendent, Second Sleeper Mill Expansion Project, Winnemucca, Nevada, location;
Nevada Gold Mining, Inc., owner; BEI Engineers. TIC was the general contractor to expand the
milling capacity of the existing Sleeper Gold Project, from 1500 TPD to 3000. WE ADDED A

associated sub-systems. We added 2 cone crushers and conveyors, 2 vibratory screens and bop;
we preformed all work with plant running at full operation.
