Effectively Vice President of President after TRG joined Beau staff. Acted for Beau with ERCB SEM.
Designed and coordinated the operations of drilling four horizontal wells with horizontal from 600 meters to
1200 meters. 1st well completed within AFE of $850,000. Next 2 wells drilled under budgets of $1.2 million
and $1,4 million
Managed and Directed all production engineering and optimization for the Twining area of Alberta
and heavy oil Alberta fields in Saskatchewan. Designed and managed drilling of first under-balanced
with oil horizontally drilled well in Canada in the Twining field
Constructed a Business Plan for investors and partners
Evaluated and recommended the acquisition of heavy oil properties for Beau Canada for $5 million
Closed acquisition of Twining area properties for $21 million from Amoco Canada. With TRG partners

Seconded to Shell's Alsands oil sands project for 2 years and reviewed and oversaw Amoco's 10%
interest of the $14 billion project
Represented Amoco at over 100 Joint Venture meeting in 1 year as Amoco Joint Venture Engineer.
Initiated/Developed a $440 million offer to purchase 10% of Syncrude
Transferred to Chicago as "Quiz Kid" responsible for communications on budgets and large capital
expenditures between Amoco Canada, Amoco Egypt and Amoco UK with Corporate management
