Responsible for all mechanical & Civil activities on major shutdown on Bahaf YLNG gas plant for Dome
Trading 460 men. Work included checking all work packs & method statements, attending daily updates
and progress meeting, coordination supervision on all projects i.e removal offin fan bundle, pulling tube

Position Held Integrity Technician
Shutdown and maintenance work on Brae oil field rigs, work on safety program on piping, decking, bracers
and supports. Work included piping and spool renewal, isolation & opening for testing ofvarious units such
as Glycol unit, Flash drum & re-boiler also hydro testing piping and vessels. Conducting daily tool box talks.

Position Held Maintenance Supervisor.
Supervise maintenance program on a 30,000 Bbl/day crude oil processing facility plus well
sites, flow & gathering lines. Duties included training of local employees, issuing hot/cold plus
vessel entry work permits. Overhaul, testing & certification of PSVs pumps and control valves.
Hydro testing of pressure vessels & associated pipework Well site maintenance on piping,
choke, gate, ball, globe valves. CPF shutdowns included additional work on distillation
columns, pressure vessels & storage tanks.
Overseeing fabrication of all piping spools on G.T 400 plant extension. Plant Extension
completed ahead of schedule.
July 2004 – January 2007. Canadian Nexen (Though Intracs Middle EastLtd) Hadramout Yemen Oil Field
Block 51.
Position head Site Representative / Manager.
Responsible for all Mechanical & civil construction activities on new pipeline project. From laying camp
foundations to completion offlow & gathering line, project included well site piping, constructing R.O.Ws
Burried & u-block road crossings,Hill cuts, wadi crossing. Responsible for all departments including Civil,
Transportation, Fabrication shops, Maintenance shop & Warehouse. Pointofcontactfor Canadian Nexen
(Clients) workforce in access of280 men. Target date of first oil Met, also completed on time flow &
gathering line’s. Canadian Nexen extended contract to cover Well site piping fabrication plus valve
installation.
August 2002 – June 2004 NordotEngineering Services Ellesmere PortCheshire England.
Position Piping Supervisor.
Numerous projecton Shell Stanlow Oil Refinery plus various Gas Plants including Manchester &
Cambridge. Supervising Work on the construction of a new boiler House to include vessels,
valve’s and piping. Work included producing piping work packs also review of design and
fabrications on chrome and carbon piping systems. Communication on a daily basis with shell
representatives to report on critical path progress and outstanding issues. Gas Plant main
responsibilities where maintenance of piping, installation of gas turbines, including use of 4
head torque master. Fabrication Shop fabrication of large skids for major overseas contract
involving vessels, valves pumps & piping. Carrying out tool box safety talks prior to work each
day.

Position Held Senior Shutdown Supervisor
Supervising multi-national workforce on refinery shutdown. Planning and implementation of day
3. and nightshift work on the FCC, Coke catcher, Heat exchangers. Removal and installation of
valves in the alkylation plant, issue of daily progress reports, issue of work permits working to a
strict time and safety schedule mainly on F.C.C, Crude & Vac, Unsaturated gas, Alkylation plant,
Amine and Sour water units. Shutdown completed ahead of schedule.
September 1990 – January 2002. Saudi Aramco Mobil Refinery (SAMREF) Yanbu, Kingdom Saudi Arabia.
Position Held Piping and Fabrication Technician - Foreman.
Employed as part of a multi national workforce of mechanical technicians, pipefitter,
boilermakers, welders on the maintenance of a 380,000 Bbl/day refinery. Units worked on
included FCC Crude & Vac, Unsaturated gas, Alkylation plant, Sulphur Amine & Sour water
units. Removing repairing & installation of heat exchangers bundles, remove, repair & testing of
valves plus reinstatement. Repair and replacement on furnaces, drums, boilers and reactors.
Working on refinery oil movements I became accustomed to working on tank repairs’, floating
roofs, covered roofs and a number of roof seals, oil port, overhauling proover loops, water
meters, loading arms, mooring hooks and other hydraulic facilities. Duties in Oil Port included
issuing daily permits, staging materials and supervising multi national workforce.

out cable operated loading arms to hydraulic operated loading arms. Refit of fire fighting
equipment, mooring systems, metre plovers and heavy steel structures.

Marker off grade A, involved in heavy plate work on north sea jack up rigs, also Ministry of
