• Established the store as one of the highest volume and top producing locations in the
company:
o Nearly doubled the store’s annual volume; Increased sales from $62M to a high of $113M
and $103.4 M in 2015.
o Improved Store ranking from 10th to 3rd in the country (42 stores).
o Received Chairman’s Award 3 times recognizing the Store with the best performance in
selling and service. Recognized as the top performing flagship store 5 of the last 7 years.
o Increased Fifth Avenue Club sales by 174% in the last 6 years; $8.5M in 2015
• Built and developed a high performance team from an underperforming team:
o Secured and developed top talent; 19 top performers who achieved sales of $1M-$3M in
2015. Developed a program for associates achieving $750 - $999 annually increasing their
sales by 18% in the last three years.
o Ranked 4th in the company (1st for flagships) for employee satisfaction in 2014 (89%

Promoted to Vice President and took over a store that was struggling in virtually every area with declining
sales and profit, low morale, excessive turnover, and the challenge of 3 major competitors and a new
luxury Mall entering the market. Provided leadership and direction to a team of 90 selling and support
associates and 7 managers.
• Prepared a comprehensive historical analysis and strategic plan to turn around the store.
• Assembled a strong and motivated team with a clear vision for future growth.
• Drove sales from $23M to $26.5M (+15%) – improved from 33rd to 30th in the country (55 stores).
GENERAL MANAGER 1996–2002
Palm Beach Gardens, Florida: $29.5 Million in annual volume
Promoted to turn around a store that had not met sales and profit growth targets since opening 4 years
before. Provided leadership and direction to a team of 90 selling and support associates and 7 managers.
• Drove sales from $21M to $29.5M (+40%) – improved from 32nd to 25th in the country (52 stores).
• Received the prestigious “Chairman’s Award” for top performance in the entire company in 1997.
• Awarded “Most Improved Profit” in the entire company in 1997 and again in 1999.
