established to identify opportunities in industry and military for process improvements, developed and
delivered training at Air Force bases to identified staff, helped them with identified projects and
sustainment)
Co-led an enterprise quality initiative, which identified opportunities for change related to the people,
process and tools for RC product development governance
Used Prosci ADKAR change management to communicate, implement and sustain the enterprise
initiatives
Identified and investigated synergies of 4 business unit publications & training departments merging
into one cohesive unit – manager of the new teams, led the continuous process improvement with
