established to identify opportunities in industry and military for process improvements, developed and
delivered training at Air Force bases to identified staff, helped them with identified projects and
sustainment)
 Co-led an enterprise quality initiative, which identified opportunities for change related to the people,
process and tools for RC product development governance
 Used Prosci ADKAR change management to communicate, implement and sustain the enterprise
initiatives
 Identified and investigated synergies of 4 business unit publications & training departments merging
into one cohesive unit – manager of the new teams, led the continuous process improvement with
that new organization (people, processes and tools) – moved from a cost center support organization
to a profit center for the company
