Projects:
Title: Program Manager of Platform Migration of APMM (A.P. Moller Maersk)
Period: Since Jun’15
Description: APMM has initiated a program to migrate all their applications from MF and Sun Solaris
environment to Linux based IBM cloud infrastructure. IBM has to finish these migration
work (Application, DB, Middleware, MQ) in various projects within Q3 of 2016 and then
APMM will initiate decommission existing MF and Sun Solaris servers post hyper-care.
Title: Crit-Sit Manager of PSAI (Port of Singapore Authority International)
Period: Jan’15-Jun’15
Description: PSAI has initiated a Container Terminal Control System to manage the demand
functionality of Terminal management. Project was supposed to GO Live in Sep 2015.
Project was planned to be delivered in four phases (four increments) and already one
phase is delivered and the rest three phases are planned. However PSAI does not see a big
business benefit of this project and they have decided to put the project ON Hold.
