Deployed and provided business operations and business development projects supporting a sales
operations program. Deployed and managed a process for reporting and managing a sales pipeline
totaling $9.4 M in opportunity value. Provided CRM administration, outbound marketing campaigns,

Agile Coach/ Program Manager Sept 2012 – Oct 2013
Created a program that transformed the software development methodology from waterfall to scrum
for 8 scrum teams and 6 products. The program achieved its strategic objective resulting in a 3x

development lifecycle (SDLC) that were used by the CND division (over 400 global engineers).

Managed large cross-functional application development projects (up to 40 FTE) and managed
engineering teams (up to 24 global FTE) in the delivery of the Motorola EMX MSC (Mobile
Switching Centers) servers used by Verizon, US Cellular, and KDDI. Planned and managed seven
large cross functional cellular projects with an average budget of over $1M (largest was $2.5M).
Managed software test teams and planned test efforts for cellular system software releases that
averaged $425k and utilized up to 10 engineers
