PLM Business Analyst and Administration Consultant April 2011 – March 2015
 Project scope was to completely redesign Bose product development processes and systems affecting more
than 3000 employees and suppliers globally. The solution was implemented in Windchill PDMLink and
ProjectLink 10.2 integrated with Cadence ECAD, and NX MCAD Workgroup Managers, as well as SAP.
 Very successful single phase rollout that succeeded in meeting strategic objective of satisfying all critical
business requirements with virtually no customization resulting in a highly scalable and upgradable solution.
 Led several cross functional teams responsible for various aspects of the solution including system wide
security design, core elements (container templates, lifecycles, links, revision and numbering schemes),
visualization, reporting, business administration processes to support the entire solution, as well as post go-
live stabilization.
 Played an active role in other areas such as ECN processes, design outsourcing, BOM and document
management.
 Developed complex mapping logic to transform the database to the new data model resulting in a very
successful migration.
 Wrote detailed test plans and led a team of testers through manual and automated testing (using Selenium)
of more than 250K tests yielding near perfect results the first time we deployed to a QA server.
 Agile/Scrum methodologies executed via Jira. HPQC used for test planning and execution.

Senior Operations Program Manager November 2007 – September 2009
 Project Manager for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) implementation affecting more than 1400
Engineers, Operations, Sales, Support, and Supply users worldwide (multiple sites in NA, EU, and Asia).
 Project scope was to convert corporate PLM solution from Agile to Windchill 9 including integrations with
SAP, Cadence ECAD, and Pro/ENGINEER MCAD data management.
 Managed cross functional team of 20 employees and up to 30 PTC contractors engaged in all aspects of the
project (solution design, process mapping, development, testing, BCM, cutover, and stabilization).
 I was brought in mid project to effectively save it from cancellation as a result of being severely off
schedule and budget. With a new team structure, timeline, and execution plan the project went live on time
with a very successful single phase roll out.

 Created and re-engineered processes in all business areas for improved company performance.
 Measured progress through creation of corporate quality metric dashboard, reviewed quarterly with
executive management. This position required influencing all levels of management to resource and fund
large quality projects which significantly improved company performance and customer satisfaction.
 Managed scoping and creation of web applications to support customer relationship management (CRM)
processes such as technical support, field service, manufacturing quality, and escalations.
 Maintained ISO certification and managed customer quality audits.
Senior Manager, Corporate CAD and PLM Systems November 2000 – December 2004
 Project Manager of very successful PLM project to implement Windchill PDMLink 6.2.6. The solution
included integrations with Pro/INTRALINK and ERP and had a custom developed AVL application.
 Responsible for data management and integrity of all product documentation. Enabled real time design
collaboration and data synchronization between 6 US sites, Japan, Taiwan and our supplier in Singapore.
 Lead design and development of a customized Pro/INTRALINK Gateway for PDMLink providing fully
automated (1 click to release) bi-directional data synchronization between Pro/INTRALINK and PDMLink.
 Managed a very successful migration of Asyst’s Pro/ENGINEER CAD database from Pro/PDM to
Pro/INTRALINK using only my team’s resources saving the company $250K in consulting dollars.

Account Manager November 1998 – November 2000
 Account Manager for OIC’s customer KLA-Tencor, grew the account to OIC’s largest customer.
Manufacturing Process Development Consultant September 1999 – November 2000
 Worked with KLA-Tencor’s manufacturing organization in the capacity of a support and process
development consultant supporting all CAD (Pro/E) and PDM activities.
 Implemented and administered PDM database for manufacturing data.
 Developed procedures for manufacturing to leverage CAD data to create assembly method sheets.
 Implemented paperless manufacturing from CAD deigns to touch screens on the manufacturing floor.

 Activities included project management, custom configuration, testing, training, and mentoring.

 Had sole responsibility for design and administration of CAD and PDM environment for 70 Engineers.

Bose Corporation, Framingham, MA PLM Business Analyst and Administration Consultant April 2011 – March 2015  Project scope was to completely redesign Bose product development processes and systems affecting more than 3000 employees and suppliers globally. The solution was implemented in Windchill PDMLink and ProjectLink 10.2 integrated with Cadence ECAD, and NX MCAD Workgroup Managers, as well as SAP.  Very successful single phase rollout that succeeded in meeting strategic objective of satisfying all critical business requirements with virtually no customization resulting in a highly scalable and upgradable solution.  Led several cross functional teams responsible for various aspects of the solution including system wide security design, core elements (container templates, lifecycles, links, revision and numbering schemes), visualization, reporting, business administration processes to support the entire solution, as well as post go- live stabilization.  Played an active role in other areas such as ECN processes, design outsourcing, BOM and document management.  Developed complex mapping logic to transform the database to the new data model resulting in a very successful migration.  Wrote detailed test plans and led a team of testers through manual and automated testing (using Selenium) of more than 250K tests yielding near perfect results the first time we deployed to a QA server.  Agile/Scrum methodologies executed via Jira. International Travel September 2009 – March 2011 NVIDIA Corporation, Santa Clara, CA Senior Operations Program Manager November 2007 – September 2009  Project Manager for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) implementation affecting more than 1400 Engineers, Operations, Sales, Support, and Supply users worldwide (multiple sites in NA, EU, and Asia).  Project scope was to convert corporate PLM solution from Agile to Windchill 9 including integrations with SAP, Cadence ECAD, and Pro/ENGINEER MCAD data management.  Managed cross functional team of 20 employees and up to 30 PTC contractors engaged in all aspects of the project (solution design, process mapping, development, testing, BCM, cutover, and stabilization).  I was brought in mid project to effectively save it from cancellation as a result of being severely off schedule and budget. With a new team structure, timeline, and execution plan the project went live on time with a very successful single phase roll out. Enabled real time design collaboration and data synchronization between 6 US sites, Japan, Taiwan and our supplier in Singapore.  Lead design and development of a customized Pro/INTRALINK Gateway for PDMLink providing fully automated (1 click to release) bi-directional data synchronization between Pro/INTRALINK and PDMLink.  Managed a very successful migration of Asyst’s Pro/ENGINEER CAD database from Pro/PDM to Pro/INTRALINK using only my team’s resources saving the company $250K in consulting dollars. Optimal Impact Consulting (OIC), Mountain View CA Account Manager November 1998 – November 2000  Account Manager for OIC’s customer KLA-Tencor, grew the account to OIC’s largest customer. Manufacturing Process Development Consultant September 1999 – November 2000  Worked with KLA-Tencor’s manufacturing organization in the capacity of a support and process development consultant supporting all CAD (Pro/E) and PDM activities.  Implemented and administered PDM database for manufacturing data.  Developed procedures for manufacturing to leverage CAD data to create assembly method sheets.  Implemented paperless manufacturing from CAD deigns to touch screens on the manufacturing floor.
