Alltel
Phone Flash Developer
Created the concept of the ‘phone flash station’ and assisted in the
design and construction. This was an enclosure that housed the
hardware to be to flash software, PRL, and data transfer. My
prototype was mass produced and used in over 1,000 retail store
locations. Supported and maintained this system for several years
Process Development Management
Played a vital role on a process improvement team that
implemented Alltel’s repair process, by writing the majority of the
repair manual and creating filing and bin systems that were used
company-wide, followed up by training support in several states

Impact Project
Responsible for managing the deployment and inventory of
over 200 devices to support the hospital’s EMR
Hospital Support
Supported two out of state hospitals to support them during
their “go live” of the electronic medical records process
Production Standardization
Built a PC imaging station that can efficiently image16 PCs at
one time
