Re: Recommendation for Daquane Mays
To Whom it May Concern:
I was initially impressed with Daquane Mays 's enthusiasm, communication skills and professional
demeanor when he started here as an intern. During his time here Daquane reported to me, he
consistently demonstrated all of these qualities and more, and I heartily endorse him for any future
internship.
Daquane is reliable, dedicated and eternally upbeat. Her ability to calm angry or frustrated customers
is unparalleled, and it is because of his excellence in this area that I repeatedly asked him to mentor
new employees in the call center. Daquane multitasks effectively and is able to handle a high-volume
workload. He consistently met or surpassed all weekly assignments (including customer engagement,
follow up calls. volume and response time), and his daily written reports were accurate and thorough.
Of particular value to me as a former center supervisor was Daquane's team player mind-set,
enthusiastic embrace of change, ability to work with minimal supervision and unwavering
commitment to exceeding center expectations. I regularly received unsolicited praise from colleagues
commending Daquane's outstanding level of service, professionalism and follow-through.
Organized and diligent, Daquane quickly learned technology systems and software that were
unfamiliar to him when he first started his internship with Workforce. He is pursuing a Bachelors’
degree in business through classes at St John’s University.
Daquane is a hardworking, top-performing professional. He has my highest recommendation, and I
am happy to furnish more details if you would like additional information.
Sincerely’
Shaune A.Rogers
