Re: Recommendation for Jennifer Barlow

During my two years at Kraft, Jennifer reported to me indirectly (Kraft Heinz and Kelly Services
OCG has a symbiotic relationship at the Mason City manufacturing facility), I was initially
impressed with Jennifer Barlow’s enthusiasm, communication skills and professional demeanor.
She consistently demonstrated all listed qualities and more. I endorse her for any supervisory
position.
Jennifer is reliable, dedicated and enthusiastic. Her ability to juggle priorities within her sphere
of influence is unparalleled, which is why she has responsibilities to mentor new Kelly Services
employees at Kraft. Jennifer is able to handle a high-volume workload. She consistently meets or
surpasses all metrics (including production, yield, sanitation, quality, etc.). Her written reports
and inspections are accurate and thorough.
Of particular value to me as an Operational Risk Manager, Jennifer has a team player mind-set,
enthusiastically embraces change, the ability to work with minimal senior supervision and an
unwavering commitment to exceeding my expectations. Jennifer learned new systems and
procedures that were unfamiliar to her quickly when she first started a shift coach because of her
organizational qualities. Jennifer is a hardworking, top-performing professional – although she
does not carry the title. She suggests improvements and oversees those tasks that have saved my
department $25,000 this year alone, which many initiatives carry cost savings year over year. I
have commended Jennifer's outstanding level of service, professionalism and follow-through to
her direct report in both 1-1 and group morning meeting sessions.
