What have you learnt about technologies from the
process of constructing this product?

2. Publisher
I planned out my magazine by using shapes on a
publisher document, I was able to develop my skills by
using different types of shapes and changing the colours
of them. However, when I took these designs into
Photoshop, I changed them a lot because I thought that
the were too simple for my Pop Punk genre of music.

3. Photoshop
I used Photoshop to create my front cover and contents
page and also to edit all of the images for my double
page spread. When creating these I learnt how to cut an
image away from the background using the magic
eraser, I learnt how to refine the edge of images and
also how to isolate a colour on an image which I have
showed on the polaroids on my double page spread.

4. InDesign
I used InDesign to put together my double page spread
because it was more efficient in adding text in columns
than Photoshop. I had never used InDesign before
creating my double page spread so I learnt all new skills
of how to create a background, how to add a stand-first
and how to add a pull-quote.
