· Don’t allow others to define who you are.

· Understand that individuals can be limited by their perceptions through the filter of their own experiences which shape the way information is interpreted and decisions are made
· Realize that each person has their own unique perspectives and seek to expand their view

· First look at how you are making judgements then look at how others are approaching it
