Talent 1: An Acute Awareness of Self and Others
· Know who you are and what makes you unique
· Don’t allow others to define who you are.
Talent 2: Challenge Perceptions and Interpretations
· Coach Centric Leaders
· Understand that individuals can be limited by their perceptions
through the filter of their own experiences which shape the way
information is interpreted and decisions are made
· Realize that each person has their own unique perspectives
and seek to expand their view
· To encourage healthy debates, examine alternatives and
perspectives.

· First look at how you are making judgements then look at how
others are approaching it
· Don’t limit decisions based on your own perspective-ask
yourself and others to examine the situation so that all
