 Track / manage / audit and compliance to established performance standards for administrative transactions
and activities that support the team
 Arrange and manage executive domestic and international travel, visas, agendas, necessary contacts and
country information. Also, research and communicate to team lower costs travel options (i.e. Hotels {HP
preferred}), plus ensuring corporate policy is followed.
 Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Executive schedule management, Outlook, staffing (Hiring
Tool-Taleo), MIG (Manager Information Gateway) transactions, Workday (HR system), EEM (Expense
Management) transactions for Executives and extended team, Organization Charts, Excel for working budgets
 Managed the on-boarding of new hire sales personnel for multiple industry teams including creation of on-
boarding/welcome material detailing items needed to on day one with HPE and fast track new hire productivity
 At onset of the Spartan program worked with program management to develop Spartans program recognition
including creation, distribution of belts and pins for the program level attainment. (This program is designed
to provide our client leaders with the right knowledge about our portfolio and the right skills to deliver the
right solutions to our clients.)
 Managed and coordinated events from small to large planning and strategic executive meetings (choosing of
facility, menus, activities, agenda, budget…)
