Services include assistance with documentation practices, policy development, HR systems, immigration support, benefit analysis, training, surveys, onboarding, recruiting, background checks, and performance reviews. Retained services include 20 hours per month of phone, email and on-site consulting to act as the client's HR department or support team. Additional project-based services are offered for a fixed fee determined by the scope of each project.
