• Serve as the face of a hotel and Manager on Duty in the evenings.
• Provide guests with a first impression as both greeting new guests and maintaining loyalty from regulars
at the hotel.
• Oversee that guests are welcomed, registered into the hotel's computer system and assigned an appropriate
room for their needs.
• Perform and delegate various tasks, such as making or confirming reservations, verifying and collecting

problem.
