Service Coordinator – Worked my way from a secretarial position to Service Coordinator. I handled
most office functions to include:
Intake applications, background checks, property viewings, basic overview and signing of all client
contracts for the House of Hope.
Preparation and filing of client records general, confidential and all paperwork for the San Antonio
Housing Authority. Set appointments and prepare all documentation required for San Antonio Housing
Authority on all clients.
Prepared several grants, expense reports for properties, and general funds, also receive and receipt all
monthly rent checks from clients, and all monies received through the San Antonio Housing Authority,
to include monthly client reports and yearly APR’s. I have also created special event flyers, brochures,
and budget rollover worksheets for the bookkeeper.
Maintain inventory of office supplies, order supplies from approved sources, and coordinate
maintenance on all properties.
