Revised and updated the integration of Primavera P6 and MS Project detail information into the Program Level 1, 2, 3 and 4

Air Toxins (MSAT) capital improvement project for Marathon Petroleum Company in Robinson, IL. Maintained overall project
construction schedule, cost tracking integration by developing, utilizing daily, weekly by-weekly and monthly reporting for 9
subcontracts and 1 fully-integrated project file. Coordinated and maintained quality relationships between project teams, owners
representatives and sub-contractors utilizing regularly scheduled project reviews and ad-hoc meetings to discuss the quality and
quantity calculations regarding production values effecting schedule driven critical and near critical path work resulting in ownership
by all participants in the life and health of the schedule and cost tracking information. Project deliveredon and on budget.
MUSTANG ENGINEERING Houston, TX
Senior Project Controls Planner (2007 to 2009): Managed CPM Scheduling, EVM tracking and cost controls on capital
improvements for midstream, downstream and pipeline petrochemical projects. Lead planner/scheduler on several projects for the
capital projects group midstream operations primarily in LNG terminals and Carbon Capture projects.
CB&I The Woodlands, TX
Project Controls Planner (2006 to 2007): Oversaw project controls planning on EPC projects to ensure accurate representation of
all schedule information. Impacted broad base of projects from engineering office as well as the field. Created and managed project
schedules for Mid-Stream LNG and Down-Stream on-site facilities and clients.
Recreated and quantified entire schedule for $3.8-B PERU LNG (PLNG) construction and commissioning requirements, providing
engineering and purchasing schedule target deliverable requirements, to achieve fully-integrated schedule. Included PM’s schedule
template for Engineering & Procurement implementation requirements.
Provided program analytics on delays impacting Gulf Coast projects impacted by Hurricane Katrina. Presented schedule and
cost information to management and owners for incorporation into project recovery.
Served at Valero Refinery in Houston as Project Controls Specialist tracking and reporting on turnover packages and defining
outstanding items delaying system turnover package milestone dates for every package.

Civil Construction Estimator/PM (2004 to 2005): Directed all aspects of estimating process from finding new clients, quantifying
required materials and associated values, defining scope of work, and pricing estimates and negotiating new contracts. Coordinated
startup of new projects, purchased materials and rental equipment, and scheduled design and maintenance. Developed and
implemented new comprehensive spreadsheets for gathering data, as well as subsequent pricing and utilization of owned equipment,
rented equipment, fuel consumption management, material purchases and subcontractor work resulting in an increase of profits by
10% and a reduction of overheads by 15% or better.
EDWARD KRAEMER & SONS Phoenix, AZ
Project Controls Engineer (2003 to 2004): Managed contract schedule via Primavera P3 on $94.9-M+ (TIC) SR51 Design Build 11
mile HOV Lanes project. Ensured accurate distribution of pertinent information to project participants by integrating 3 sub-projects
controlled by 3 Project Managers into 1 master schedule and reporting process. Facilitated change order management and partnered
with ADOT project management team to qualify and quantify resulting impacts, for $8.8-M in total impacts to the project. Project was
delivered on time and on budget.
THE SHAW GROUP Grandbury, TX
Project Controls Planner (2002): A.E.S. Granbury L.L.C., Wolf Hollow Power Plant 750 MW (NG): Instrumentally drove progression
of plant construction project and turnover packages by daily and weekly updating Primavera schedule with information provided from
the field to a “Level 4 & 5,” detail and reported daily progress to management. Overhauled schedule and cost controls programs from
scratch out of Excel and Access, then transferred data to Primavera.

Project Controls Consultant (2001 to 2002): A.E.S. Granbury L.L.C., Wolf Hollow Power Plant 750 MW (NG): Led weekly schedule
and ad-hoc meetings, loaded data into Primavera P3, and reviewed cost and schedule data with project executives. Revised and
implemented schedule/cost systems impacts and indicated delays to the contract values. Collaborated with 40 project and 20 owner
project team members to define sphere of schedule/cost responsibilities.
VALLEY CREST LANDSCAPING Orlando, FL
Project Engineer & Estimator (1998 to 2000): Implemented and maintained accurate distribution of pertinent cost and schedule
information related to multiple project assignments. Participated in negotiations with owners, subcontractors and vendors to manage
hardscape finished products, rockwork, landscape and irrigation plans from design intent to completed product for multi-million dollar,
high-visibility T&M contracts in Orlando, FL at Universal Studios and Disney sites, TIC value $38+M. Additionally, responsible for
Estimating services and contract buyouts on private commercial, City of Orlando public projects that were Design Build, T&M and
various Fixed Price projects, TIC value $140+M. I served in these capacities in the main and on-site management offices.
BEERS CONSTRUCTION CO./SKANSKA Orlando, FL
Project Scheduler (1997 to 1998): Created and maintained optimize contract schedule via Primavera P3 for $32+M Marvel Superhero
Island (T&M not to exceed) contract at Universal Studios Islands of Adventure. Project encompassed site-wide utilities, 7 multi-use
buildings, roller coaster, and interracial colored hardscape concrete, landscaping and various theme park finishes consistent with
representing Marvel Studios values and visual formats.
JOHNSON BROTHERS CORP. Bartow, FL
Contract/Project Controls Specialist (1994 to 1995): Tracked Combined Cycle (Coal-Gasification) Power Plant via Primavera P3 for
$33+M TECO Polk Power Station Unit 1 Infrastructure project and directly created, oversaw and managed the project schedule CPM
& EVM for $12.4+M Civil/Structural contract. Maintained all information regarding progress and materials delivery. Created weekly
and monthly reports for owners and subcontractors.
Universal Islands of Adventure Infrastructure - Microsoft Network Administrator – (1996 to 1997): Responsibilities included
network system management and the documentation control program called Expedition by Primavera Systems. I set up the system
and assisted in the maintenance and training of appropriate personnel, adjusted the program as needed and recreated the reports
needed to control the flow of all project information and the proper distribution/implementation on all project data.
Universal Islands of Adventure Infrastructure - Project Controls Manager - (1996 to 1997): Original Contract Value $14.65+M plus
T&M change order value $5.35+M involving over 200 T&M Change Orders.
