 Report and analyse deviations from plan and/or baseline schedules.
 Prepare and update look-ahead schedules for the client required reporting
periods.
 Participate in weekly cross discipline coordination meetings.

 Responsible for the compilation, maintenance and management of schedules
and associated planning activities for Scaffolding, Painting, Insulation, Fire
Proofing, Mechanical and Electrical & Instrumentation scopes of work across
a portfolio of projects. Comply with all standards and procedures for the
projects planning activities. Ensure all schedules are aligned to the project
Norm activities and allow a safe and practical delivery of the work effort.
Ensure the planning, progress measurement capture and productivity
reporting occurs in a timely manner, within the dates specified by the client or
line manager.

Key Tasks
To provide technical guidance and direction within the Project on all Planning
schedule information to identify trends, risks and opportunities and to allow the
project management team and Client to take relevant action to ensure project goals are
achieved.
• Work closely with Offshore Manager, Supervisors, Hook-up Engineers and
Commissioning Engineers develop Level 4 Resource Driven Integrated Schedule
based on job cards from Go Plan.
• Preparation, administration and updating of a detailed level 4 Offshore Hook-Up
Commissioning (HUC) schedule.
• Establish manpower requirements for the offshore HUC scope work in
conjunction with the onshore and offshore project team based on POB / Bedding
limitations.
• Determine critical path, based on Commissioning Logic working with all interfaces
to ensure the plan is optimised and realistic.
• Facilitate weekly planning and change management meetings with Client andClough
offshore/onshore team.
• Liaise and interface with the HUC Cost Controllers and Subcontracts team to
provide relevant information from the schedules for revising cost forecasts where
applicable.
• Management reporting including the provision of planning input to weekly and
monthly reports.
• Progress monitoring and reporting.
• Develop, monitor and progress performance indicators.

Ensuring that the programmeis representative of the Contract as well as to
conforming with Project requirements i.e. Constraints, Resource Loading,

Milestones, Control Measures and Client Reports. Creation and formalisation of
the Basis of Schedule.

prepared within Leighton Contractors (Western Australia) to ensure that the
programmes are representative of the Contract as well as to conforming with
