(B41) based at Sellafield Ltd as a requirement by the NDA.
Responsibilities involve all project control and reporting activities including the production of WBS, estimating
activities in relation to project plans, monitoring of programmes via the collection and recording of actuals and
progress reporting via Primavera P6 and Prism to achieve data for CPI and SPI monthly reporting.
Reports include detailed Earned Value / Cost analysis, resource profiling, milestones and scheduling, including
critical path analysis and include regular assessments of conformity.
Working closely with Engineers and Cost Estimators to ensure budgets are reflected in the Programmes.

project activities to level 4 of the WBS also the creation of new project WBS and Schedules, estimating activities in
relation to Company Business plans, monitoring of programmes via the collection and recording of actuals, value of
work and progress reporting via Primavera P3e Version 5, SAP, MIDAS and Business Objects software.
Reports to Programme Delivery manager include detailed resource profiling, milestones and scheduling, including
critical path analysis and include regular assessments of conformity.

BNFL WESTINGHOUSE SPRINGFIELDS FUEL LTD PRESTON LANCS (NOV 05 – JULY 07)
Westinghouse is primarily involved in the supply of nuclear fuels to the global nuclear industry.
Work undertaken on projects to transfer the BNFL Oxide Plant enhancements to the NDA. The projects involve the
transfer of all capital and revenue activities from engineering through corporate affairs, tendering, etc.
Responsibilities involve all project control and reporting activities including the production of WBS, estimating
activities in relation to project plans, monitoring of programmes via the collection and recording of actuals and
progress reporting via Primavera P3e, Microsoft Project and SAP to achieve data for CPI and SPI.

critical path analysis and include regular assessments of conformity.
Working closely with QS and cost estimators to ensure estimates reflect the Project Schedules, also costs reflect
the work to be performed thus leading to an input into the phasing for projects used for the site NDA Near Term and
Lifetime plans.
