Working as a Production Manager in EPRU and OSBL Plant. It is a natural gas
liquefaction and separation unit, licensed by KTI Technology.
The unit consists of gas sweetening unit (GSU), Dehydration section (for moisture removal) &
cryogenic section C2H6, C3H8, and C4H10 recovery as major sections. Unit recovers Ethane
Propane and butane from Semi Rich gas to provide feed stock to Gas Cracker Unit. This unit dealt
with condensation, throttling, compression, absorption, scrubbing, filtration, Refrigeration,
Amine recovery (Gas sweetening) and distillation.
I am responsible to bring optimal facilities performance and highest operational efficiency
by ensuring technical integrity, and highest standard of occupational safety, health and
environment, implementing improvement plans through management of change (MOC),
optimizations, and other changes, as necessary.

Working as operation lead for cryogenic Shale Ethane tank project.
Worked as shift supervisor for five years.
Good operating experience of Steam Turbines / Centrifugal Compressors / Reciprocating
compressors / Expander-Compressor / Multi stage centrifugal pumps / Distillation Columns
/ Heat Exchangers / Refrigeration Unit. / Dehydrators / Amine Sweetening unit, Cryogenic
storage tanks, Vaporizers and Cross country pipeline.
Having good operational experience of DCS Yokogawa (Centum CS and VP). Hands on
experience of Tata Honeywell (US system).
Monitoring of Cryogenic Storage area that is having 2 Double wall Storage Tanks
(DWST) of capacity of 12000 MT of Ethylene, 2000 MT of C2C3 Spheres, and 125 MT

Reviews "day to day" operation of C2C3 recovery plant operation with respect to plant
KPIs.
Process data sheet preparation of various equipments e.g C.V., PSVs, exchangers, pumps,
vessels etc.
Making Energy balance & Material Balance.
P&ID review and modification as per MOCs.
Review of daily, weekly and monthly production, raw material and utility variance through
daily rake up, PPRM and MPRM.
To implement minor/major MOCs (Management of change), including PFD and P&ID
modification, Hazop and WHY-WHY analysis.
To plan shutdown / major planned jobs, preparation of activity bar chart and plan to comply
the statutory requirements.
Coordinating with GAIL / ONGC-Hazira as well as Gandhar for supply & quality of semi
rich gas and lean gas (Quantity= 9.5 mmscmd).
Operation and monitoring of HP and LP flare.
Task force member of PSM (Process safety Management) and PSSR (Pre start up
safety review).

Three Lean-Rich amine heat exchanger in line (HP steam saving 6 T/hr, Rs 4.32 crore per
annum).
P-106A/B minimum circulation line provision to control low transfer rate of ethylene.
Control valve provision at the upstream of K-101A/B (Propylene compressor) suction drum
to avoid any flaring (Saving Rs 5.8 Lacs per annum).
Ethylene supply to EVA plant at 55 kg/cm2 from Baroda line.
