ORGANISATIONAL EXPOSURE
1) Presently working with HMPL (On the payroll of Aarvi Encon Pvt. Ltd). HPCL-Mittal Pipelines Limited is a wholly
owned subsidiary of HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited. A Crude Oil Terminal (COT) situated approximately 16.45 kms
away from the SPM, and having storage capacity of 8,40,000 KL at Mundra in Gujarat, India. 1,017 km long
Mundra Bhatinda pipeline, has 27 sectionalization valve stations (SV stations) and five Intermediate pumping
stations.

Job-profile: -Had to audit terminals of IOCL, BPCL & HPCL (Oil Marketing Companies) and inspection of Retail
Outlets (Petrol Pumps). Sampling of MS, HSD, SKO Tanks at terminals and Sampling of TT at Gantry. Marker
Testing of MS, HSD, SKO.
6) Worked with KRBL limited, dhuri, Punjab (India). This is the largest producers of FURFURAL ALDEHYDE in
India capacity 10 tph. It is the world’s largest rice mill capacity of 120 tph, solvent extraction plant capacity of 250
tpd and turbine capacity of 10.5 MW.

Job-profile: - Worked as Shift-Engineer. Had to handle the shift and give the desired production. The plant
technology has been supplied by societa italiana furfuralo milano, Italy. Worked on Batch Reactors, Distillation,
Vacuum Distillation, Hydrolysis and Solvent Extraction.
STEADY STATE OPERATIONS
• Supervision and day to day production activities of plant.
• Daily work allocation as per requirement of priorities and arrange manpower
accordingly.

• Preparation of safe permit-to-work and executing the jobs in a safe manner.
• Monitoring of unit process parameters; identification of deviations and causes for the
same.
• Transfer of chemicals in dosing tank, Preparation of batch & startup of Chemical
Dosing pumps.
• Excellent knowledge in the startup of pumps, compressors, line up of distillation
column, condensers, heat exchangers, steam generators & safe sampling procedures.
• Emergency handling during operations.

PRE-COMMISSIONING, COMMISSIONING AND STARTUP
• Checking and follow-up of the laying pipe/equipment according to the PFD, P&ID, isometric clearance and
Identification of P&ID, Isometric mismatch.
• Planning & execution of Pre-commissioning activities.
• Carry out safety audits and preparing deviation reports.
• Pipeline cleaning by cardboard blasting, Service flushing, Air blowing, Water Flushing, steam blowing.
• Leak tests, Nitrogen purging/ O2 freeing of the systems.
• Water run of the pumps.
• Function testing of the control valves (LCV, FCV etc.)
• Refractory Dry out of Furnaces and Reactor-Regenerator System.
• Initial Start-up & Trouble Shooting. Hydrocarbon inventorying of columns, vessels, exchangers, startup and
loading of compressors and establishing circulation of the compressor systems.
• Commissioning of Plant Utilities such as plant air, Instrument air, Nitrogen, Steam, Cooling water etc.
• Maintaining, updating and monitoring the pre-commissioning and commissioning records.
