Accountabilities:
 Controlling the load distribution as per economics and regulating power generation as per the
requirements; controlling the load adjustment for the cement plant.
 Reviewing the shift log sheet, book and discussing the abnormalities observed in parameter with the
Operation Manager.
 Visiting the site and ensuring smooth operations.
 Conducting routine check up of drives as per schedule & ensuring that the drives are available for
preventative maintenance (Turbine and its auxiliary, Boiler and its auxiliary, CHP. Ash Handling Plant).
 Looking after daily maintenance during the shift and handling shut down maintenance of the tubes and
BFP Impeller replaced.
 Minimising the shut down time and planning the manpower.
Major Highlights:
 Successfully completed the 2* 80mw STG and boiler commissioning and synchronized
 Saved the auxiliary power consumption, maintained plant stoppage and handled emergency conditions.
 Run the plant saved mode and one PA & FD fan.

Accountabilities:
 Handled the STG made by BHEL with the working pressure of 90kg/cm2, 540 o C, Multi Stage, Single
Flow, Five Bleed and Feed Water Heating System; handled Surface Cooled Condenser made by BHEL.
 Looked after the Boiler 320 TPH Pulverized Fuel 95 kg/cm2, 550 o C, Natural Circulation and
Double Drum.
 Administered the Bituminous related operations in South Africa Coal, Philippines Coal and
Viyatnam Coal.
 Controlled the EHTC Governor, Emerson and Max Den Controller DCS and the Generator made by
BHEL.
Major Highlights:
 Involved the 18mw power plant commissioning and 2*18mw yearly shut down.
 Saved the auxiliary power consumption and maintained plant stoppage and handled the
emergency condition.
 Successfully run the plant in saved
 Synchronized the turbine rolling to grid & maintained smooth operation of DCS.
 Handled Cold start up, Warm start up and hot start up of turbine.
 Charged auxiliaries like Condenser, Ejector, Feed Water Heater, Deaerator, BFP, CEP, etc.
 Managed the boiler light up sequence like Hydro Test, DP Test of Air Box and maintaining smooth operation
with DCS.
 Visualized boiler & condenser inlet water parameters for ensuring better life of the same.
