Send a reminder SMS the day before to remind
the customer of his appointment
Send an SMS while the vehicle is here to Thank
the customer for entrusting us with his vehicle
Once the vehicle is ready, a letter to thank the
customer is printed and placed in the service
book or posted
The day after the vehicle is delivered, a follow up
call is done to find out if the customer is satisfied
with the service he has experienced
If the customer is not, follow up with the service
department and find out exactly what happened.
