 Assisting the customer with any queries and or requests

 Notifying management of any problems / comments / suggestions that may arise from the service
process
 Handling any minor complaints that the customer may have regarding the service process
 Receiving invoice numbers from the service providers where applicable
 Handling any requests and or queries from the services providers and customers
 Updating the call taking system on the response time in different areas
 Closing the cases after confirmation of assistance with both the customer and the service provider
 Any other duties as required by management from time to time

 Assisting customers with queries and or requests
 Screening calls to dispatchers, the need of the customer and transferring details to either the ERS
dispatch centre or the relevant customer service department or division within the AA
