- Process Associate
 Responsible for maintaining an average productivity of 106% consistently
throughout the year of 2015 with 99.98% accuracy across all the months. Along
with this, during Q2 and Q3, I have learnt Voucher Monitoring for IN GLs and took
the responsibility of sending the report to the Business team on a timely manner.
In Q3, during the GOSF sale I took ownership in understanding Node Monitoring,
preparing templates for the same, getting it approved from the Business team,
training the other associates on Node Monitoring, in sending the daily updates to
the Business team and working on Emulator for Flipkart-IN.
 Meeting SLA and targets on regular basis. I have demonstrated consistent amount
of ownership in the year 2015. For example, during the GOSF sale, I took the
ownership of Node Monitoring by understanding, training and sending out the
mails to the Business team when my Team Lead was on leave. I have also
demonstrated the best leadership principle by training the associates on 25 GLs

2. when they moved from ES to IN and during the GOSF season by training all the
associates in Node Monitoring. Overall I have resolved 300 TTs as per the SLAs
committed and there was no miss on timeliness. Worked on scrapping the URLs
of a competitor page of a particular product and feeding that to the portal of the
pricing team. Responsible for direct sales of company.
 I have trained 30 resources who joined in the month of April and got them
certified in all 25 GLs. Also, I have handled the entire related task in the team like
work allocation and TT Management and for the work I have delivered to IN I
have received Star Award and Polaris Award in 2015. I also prepared the WoW
reports and Weekly updates with week on week changes and sent it to the
Business team.
 I have taken the Catalog Specialist role officially on rotation in April-16 and
started working on End to End processes like solving buyer TTs related to
promotions and adhoc mappings. Handled ~154 TTs across all the GL's in
allocating and executed all the priority mappings within the given SLA.
Consistently I have sent a report on Consumables, Softlines & Hardlines to the
Business stakeholders as Weekly updates, TT and other priority mapping updates.
Also I have prepared the WBR reports end to end and also have improvised in
providing detailed information. I understand the basic tools required to do day-to-
day tasks and an expert in understanding the ETL queries in full. I have trained 6
associates on mapping tools like SMT, ARM, BNF, and PMS. I have conducted
