Vendor Management
 Floating requirements in partner which I received from delivery r my RM.
 Coordinating with project managers & partners for providing profiles timely to the respective technical
panel.
 Involved in End to End recruitment process involvement from Sourcing, Screening of resumes to
conducting interviews to closing the positions for Entry/Middle Level requirements.
 Managing the recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of
manpower requirements for new / existing departments.
 Giving feedback to partners on the shared profiles received from technical panel.
 Making sure of timely deployment of required resource.
 Providing PO’s to partners for the resource deployed.
 Coordinating with purchase dept. & project manager for the making of PO’s.
 Tracking invoices submissions by the partners.
 Checking each & every invoice and submit them to accounts team after taking all the required approvals.
 Tracking partner payments.
 Making project wise monthly reports for the third party resources.
 Making monthly report for the total cost of third party resources.
 Resolving all the issues of TP resources relating to salary or payment.
New Joining Formalities (Onboarding) and Background Verification
 Managing the induction programs and handling joining formalities of the new joiners.
 Responsible for collecting all the required documents and proofs for the background verification
check
 Reviewing the background check report and advising the appointed authority
 Monitor progress of background verification requests
 Ensure service levels are met by analyzing turnaround time statistics
 Support in reports and analytics related to Background Verifications
