2. This is one of the areas I will be using. These shots are in a car
park that will fill the conventions of the grime genre. This is due to
the urban nature of the video. The shots taken in this area will be
low angle shots to make the actor seem more powerful and
dominant. This will also show my awareness of the grime
conventions in the music video.
3. Shots down the road will also show the urban culture and grime
conventions of my music video as it shows the city like streets. The
streets I will be using will show more of an urban nature ass this
street looks too open and the houses expensive that are along this
road. This doesn't’t have the same effect as a road in a city with
council houses or semi-detached houses either side.
4. Shots like this will be featured in my music video to also show my
understanding of the urban culture. Graffiti on a wall is a crime and therefore
the urban city culture can be resembled by this even if its not in the urban
cities. Shots can be made here with the actor in front of the wall singing or of
tracking shots of the wall in between cuts of the actor in different places
singing.
5. This could be a shot that is used to give the audience more context on the sort
of place that the artist is in. the urban cities can be shown through these shots
as the barbed wire on a fence can hint that people are not supposed to go into
this place which opens opportunity for young children to try and get into just
to cause crime. This could be a creative shot as well as a shot that will show
the audience my understanding of the grime genre and conventions of grime.
