Lucky Grade 10

15. WORK EXPERIENCE
• If you have work experience this semester and have
not spoken with Ms Wegner about your paperwork,
do so ASAP
• You are not officially in work experience until you
do so.
• All paperwork is due February 17 and if late, you
are required to pay a $125 performance bond.
• If paperwork is not done by February 28, you will
be withdrawn from work experience and put in
TLC.

OPPORTUNITIES
• The elementary school is looking for two or three
students to work with the grade one classes as a
work experience placement
• FCSS is looking for a student who would be willing
to volunteer two or three hours, usually a
Wednesday afternoon to watch little ones while
parents are taking courses. There is volunteerism
credit available for this.

or higher in grade 11 qualify for an Academic
Excellent Scholarship.
• This means you can save up to $3500 towards

• Administrative professional, a one-year blended
certificate program, begins this fall at the Lloydminster
campus
• It features courses such as business communications,
office procedures, workplace writing and computer

These are four small comprehensive one-year programs
offered by the UBC Faculty of Arts an faculty of Science.
These programs are for first-year students who want to
be part of a small learning community and still earn

Students go into their second year with all other second-
year students

Science Program, Coordinated Arts Program.
