Chamber of Commerce of Santiago de Compostela for the
opportunity to develop, together with other collaborating entities, the
always necessary support to SMEs in their first business steps.
The first business steps of any economic activity together with a clear
knowledge of what to do at all times and how to evolve or advance
the value proposition or the choice or change of communication

consultancy in which we help SMEs to carry out major or minor

MODULE 9: Business Plan
In this training we are going to introduce ourselves into the
importance of carrying out a business plan, how it is done and what
tools we will need to have everything in a simple way and that it can
have an evolution.
RECIPIENTS:
The recipients of this course proposed by EUROFEM are Turkish
entrepreneurs and businesswomen with the intention of growing and
improving in their day-to-day life, using the knowledge that active
companies in the European Union provide them.

These entrepreneurs and businesswomen will receive knowledge in
the English language, having as a common language for correct
communication, although they are supported by an English to Turkish
translator.
All companies are sensitive to carrying out a Business Plan and we
must put aside that it is only carried out at the beginning. On the
contrary, the more you analyze your business model, the sooner you
will detect points of improvement and move forward.
DURATION:
The duration of the connection is approximately 3.5h - 4h, distributed
as follows:
- 30 min: presentation of Ideas Market Solutions
- 2.5 hours: content and training
- 30 -45 min: for questions and comments
- All questions addressed to each particular case will be answered
if possible at the time as long as they can be of help to other
people, if not, we will ask them to do them through email once

CONTENT STRUCTURE AND DESCRIPTION
What is a Business Plan
A Business Plan is a written document that has the function of
collecting all the information of a business model. This business
model may be in an initial phase, as an entrepreneur, or it may already
be an ongoing company but you need to put your business model in
writing in a document.
What and who is a business plan for?
The Business Plan of a company has multiple purposes, although they
all have a common purpose: to put your idea or business model in
writing and have a realistic vision of all this.

It is very important that within everything you can get to say about
your business model, you focus on what is important and that the
person to whom this Business Plan is directed when they finish
reading it, fully understand what it consists of, what it is. your value
and its profitability.
You can use it to:

when you are an entrepreneur
- - To improve your business model on the strengths that you

Keys to knowing if your business model is being an opportunity in the
market or on the contrary, you think so ... but not really:
