Electromechanical & civil / Architects / Engineers / Suppliers, etc.
2. Obtaining tenders documents or bid documents
3. Definition of client requirements and preparation of outline specifications for client approval.
4. Development and follow-up of proposals, including:
• Coordination with Manager of Engineering Department on specifications, system schematics
and other technical requirements, as well as supporting technical literature.
• Researching of pricing and commercial data and development of proposal spreadsheet.
• Development of Project Milestone schedule in coordination with Manager of projects
department
• Coordination with translator for cover letter or as required Arabic submission
• Submission and follow-up of proposal
5. Preparation of job start sheet and formal hand over of project to accounting and projects
department.
6. Follow-up with clients during project execution as may be required by projects department in cases
of extensions, renegotiations or misunderstandings related to the project and its execution.
7. Tracking the Purchase Order/Contract status from initialization till hand over the projects

to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of
Account Executive’s sales and activity performance.

• Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for
pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
