o Contacting branches to confirm their specific requirements for the new card readers.
o Liaising with a third party installation company regarding upcoming installations and
supporting their engineers while in the field. Remote installation of software if required.

o Switching branches from the old system to the new one and early life support for them.
o Liaising with the transaction processing company and setting up branches not already
registered. Getting merchant ID data and other store specific data for this process.
o Remote correction of setups for the new card readers and installation of corrective
programmes for issues arising.
o Creating bespoke reports as dictated by the current status of the project and the needs
of the Project Manager. Being the eyes and ears of the Project Manager when he is off
site.
